Rural schools often find it hard to compete with urban schools as they simply lack basic resources. The gap between rural and urban areas regarding computer literacy can put rural students at a major disadvantage, limiting their education, college, and professional career options.Centrum Microfinance is helping to bridge this gap by providing laptops in rural areas. Donate any Old/Unused Laptop to not only recycle your E-waste but also help in providing Computer Literacy in Rural areas.
As an evolving organization, we continue to serve technology in a quest of bridging the technology gap in rural and urban India and hence help in the transformation of Rural India, for a better tomorrow.
Education represents the stepping-stone to improve the quality of life, especially for the poor and the vulnerable. Access to quality education is fundamental to the growth of India. The ideology behind CML corporate social responsibility initiatives in education is to transform lives through the continuous enhancement of knowledge and empowerment. To mark the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, CML identified schools across different states where it has its footprints i.e. Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha, and Bihar. This time entire staff of CML contributed to the cause of providing books, stationery articles, school bags, etc… to the identified schools. The contribution came in huge numbers and was done whole-heartedly. We would like to thank each one of you for supporting this cause with great enthusiasm!
